Cecilia Feilla, Assistant Professor of English, has a Ph.D. from New York University. Her teaching and research interests include Restoration and 18th Century Literature, the early history of the novel, gothic literature, urban theory, and women writers. Her current research focuses on the figure of the tutor in 18th Century novels of education and seduction.
